Bed & Breakfast A Casa di Lia a Roma features 2 cozy guestrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, with all the facilities, WiFi, central heating, AC, mosquito nets at the windows, TV, comfortably furnished in a shabby-chic style and a breakfast room with a fully equipped kitchenette with induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffe and cappuccino machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender and juice extractor.
In the double room, also single-use, with parquet, it is possible to have twin beds or an extra bed. The en-suite bathroom also offers a jacuzzi tub. The other room, with cotto tiles floor, has a comfy queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and is ideal for single travellers. The style of the bathrooms distinguishes itself from contemporary styles and intentionally proposes Italian simplicity and elegance again handed down through time, with the ceramic tiles of an historic handcrafted brand. The view from the rooms is over the roofs and terraces of Rome, Parioli hill, the big Lebanon cedar tree of the wide open courtyard and the treetops of Villa Riccio. From the roof terrace overlooking Rome skyline and Saint Peter's dome, the panorama changes colors as daylight changes and becomes breath-taking at sunset, with the first lights of the evening that light up the ancient monuments.
The vintage breakfast room is available to start the day with a self serve continental breakfast buffet, an excellent espresso, American coffee, cappuccino, tea, milk, and a variety of products, prepackaged accoring to the rules of Lazio Region for B&B.
The B&B zone of the penthouse is separated from "casa di Lia", where Lia lives with her dog: you can keep your own privacy and feel at ease and safe like home.
Lia speaks Italian, English, some Spanish and French and will provide her guests with the needed information to enjoy their Roman holiday. Guests’ pets are welcome. Just around the corner there is an incredible variety of bars and restaurants, ranging from osterias and pizzerias with traditional dishes to trendy bistros, hangouts of Romans and celebrities as well, supermarkets, shops and markets.
